Network Marketing Tip – How to Choose Coach-able New Team Members to Assist Your Success

Much of the success of network marketing relies on how well we can duplicate our own success in others. Each person we work with is unique and must give expression to their business using their own strengths and personality, however if everybody adopts the fundamental success systems we use, their success and therefore ours will have a better chance of manifesting. How do we ensure this? Through effective training, mentoring and coaching.

This network marketing tip article is about what we can do to ensure we take on team members who are coach-able to begin with. This makes our job a whole lot easier. To do this we must try as much as possible to assess  each new team member’s coach-ability before we sign them up. In other words, the extent to which they are open to and can be coached. Some people find this easier than others.

What makes us coach-able? The desire to follow someone else who has gone before us and who can save us a lot of time and heartache usually. One of the best places to asses this is during the interview process you have with each person before deciding whether they are right for your team or not.

Most companies or sponsors will provide you with an interview framework and hopefully also teach you how to use this. One or more of the questions used should focus on this area. A typical question that can be used is as follows;

“Think back to a time when you have had to follow another person’s instructions  to do something. This could be anything from a previous work or business context or could simply have been following someone’s instructions to put something together like a piece of furniture or something.  What were the advantages and disadvantages of having someone to follow and how did it work out in the end?”

You want to listen carefully to how they relay the story. There will be lots of clues about their attitude to being coached. You want to hear that they valued having someone else to follow and that the coach played an integral part in their success.

Naturally one question is not necessarily going to ensure they are suitable candidates to be coached but it should give you more of an idea than simply hoping they are.

Network Marketing Tips For Guaranteed Success

These are the all around best network marketing tips for success. This check list will not only provide you with a recipe for success with network marketing but success in anything you choose to apply the method to.

I’d say that’s pretty powerful stuff eh…?

What many people seem to have trouble grasping is the fact that success it self, be it with business, sports or even academics, has the very same formula. Basically, if you know what it takes to be successful at one thing, you can often apply the very same approach in a different context and duplicate that same kind of success for yourself over and over again.

Network Marketing Tips #1:

This first tip for success is also one of the most difficult to master. Time management may sound like a simple thing, but that’s far from the truth of things.

Ask yourself,” how do I spend my average day?” How many hours do you spend working, sleeping, eating, traveling between places, etc.? There are only so many hours in a day. If you work 8 hours, and get 8 hours of sleep, you only have 8 more left to do everything else.

The point I hope to make here is that your time is extremely valuable. The average American watches 4 or more hours of television a day. That 4 hours a day, equals a 28 hours a week that could be spent building your success.

Network Marketing Tips #2:

This second tip is nearly as important as the first. Being able to properly budget your finances is a must for any successful business owner. Being aware of how you spend your valuable resources, like your time and your money, will allow you to decide how to use them to your best advantage.

Also when planning to advertise and promote your business or service, preparing a set budget will help motivate you to promote your business as wisely and effectively as possible.

Network Marketing Tips #3:

This third tip is one that keeps on giving. Be sure to a lot both time and finances toward continuing education with your chosen industry niche. Think of this as an investment that will undoubtedly give you a serious return provided you stick to it.

There are possibly dozens of helpful hints to be lain at your feet in hopes that the right combination will guarantee success for you and your business. However, if you can properly manage your time and you finances as well as maintain the focus to continually increase your business knowledge you will all but have such a guarantee already in hand.

Successfully mastering just these three network marketing tips will require focus, discipline, and dedication. These are characteristics a great majority of successful individuals share. Work hard to develop them within yourself and success is sure to follow.

3 Network Marketing Tips to Grow Your Downline and Team Quickly

The most challenging thing for newcomers to the network marketing and attraction marketing industry is learning how to rise above the fold and demonstrate leadership capabilities.  It is these leadership qualities and implementing the network marketing tips I’m about to show you that will make you the person to follow.

If you’re serious about your business and potential income then these 5 network marketing tips will help you right away.  As you’re probably well aware, many people don’t do well in their online businesses but that is not a reflection on the industry, but a reflection on human nature.  Not everyone is cut out to be a business owner or an “IBO” and they’re often called.

3 Network Marketing Tips guaranteed to make your network marketing a success:

#1 Analyze those compensation plans.

Some compensation plans are inherently good for long-term growth but it is sometimes tough to gain momentum and see those programs pay off for you quickly.  Other “comp” plans are good for quick bursts of productivity and success for the IBOs but eventually trickle away to nothing.

There are binary plans, hybrid binary compensation plans, one-leg straight plan and even hybrid one-leg compensation plans.  Some of these are good for team building and others are good only for those who are at the top and got in first.  For instance, the one-leg, straight-line compensation plan benefits the team as a whole but still has a certain emphasis on giving credit to members who personally enroll people.  Many other programs utilize a hybrid binary compensation plan which requires that a lot of legs get built, which leads to team growth but not much in the way of income for the average network marketer.

#2 Be different in your marketing approach

Almost everyone promotes home business opportunities by emphasizing the product angles.  This is a mistake because the main appeal to a business opportunity is the business opportunity itself not the products or the product line behind the opportunity.  Therefore putting your marketing focus on the product line in industries where health products are a dime a dozen is a sure recipe for failure or frustration.  You need to understand exactly who it is your optimal target audience is before promoting anything then figure out how to attract those people to you.

#3 Promote yourself first

If you joined a network marketing program to have your own business, then you’re merely an IBO, or more plainly put, an employee of that program working for free or on a commission-only basis with no salary.  Therefore, to succeed with network marketing you need to stand out from the crowd by branding yourself first.

You can achieve self-promotion and primary program promotion at the same time by using your own self-created squeeze, splash, and landing pages, and not using the self-replicated sites the company gives you to use.  For example, there are many people promoting the extremely popular Mandura program right now, but they’re sending all their hard-earned traffic to self-replicated sites and they’re not building a business or promoting themselves at all this way.
